Friday Reflections, February 4th, 2022

Happy Friday! What a crazy week. I hope you all were able to stay safe and warm through this winter storm. For the teachers, I hope you got some time to take a breather in this chaotic year. For the kids, I hope you got to go outside in the snow and make some memories. For our medical workers and frontline staff, I thank you for your sacrifices daily but also in times where you may have had to take time away from your families to stay overnight at work.

Now, I bring you your Friday reflections. Take a moment to think, reflect, journal, or talk through the reflections in the comment section or with your friends/family members.

Adults: When was the last time you felt like a kid? In what ways do you keep your heart of a child alive?

Kids: What is the best part about being a kid? What is the worst part? What advice can you give an adult who has lost their curiosity?

Something I’ve loved this week: Atomic Habits by James Clear (Listening to this on Audio and I highly recommend)
